Shipping Methods
Our store reserves the right to choose the shipping method for each order, depending on the volume of the products and the delivery area (using our own transport vehicles, transport agencies, or courier services). If the customer prefers a shipping method or carrier different from the one selected by our company, they are fully responsible for all shipping costs, as well as for any possible damage or loss of the products during transport.
- For heavy products requiring delivery to upper floors via stairs, deliveries will be arranged after consultation with our company, and additional charges may apply. You will be informed of any extra cost before the execution of the order.
- If you require Saturday delivery, this must be stated in your order.
Perrakispack is committed to making every possible effort to dispatch products within the stated delivery timeframe. However, in cases of delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as accidents, severe weather conditions, transportation delays, criminal acts, or other events beyond human control), the company bears no responsibility for delivery delays.
Shipping Charges
The standard shipping fee via transport agency or courier service is €5 per product, provided that payment has been made in advance via bank deposit to our company account.
Free delivery applies to orders over €100 (including VAT) within the city of Athens.

Product Returns
In the event that the delivered products are not exactly as stated in the order or if they are defective, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and has the right to return the purchased products within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
In such cases, the customer will not be charged for the shipping costs of returning the products to our company, and our company will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.
For product returns, please contact us first so we can provide you with the appropriate return address for the products being sent back to us.
Refund Policy
In the event that the customer receives an incorrect or defective product and our company is unable to replace it due to lack of availability, the customer has the right to request a refund if desired.
The refund applies to the value of the products and will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive the returned products, provided that they are returned in their original packaging.
